- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create scenario-planning models and risk mitigation strategies
- Author thought leadership reports on AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human-machine symbiosis
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future intelligence into organizational DNA
- Curate and deploy cutting-edge foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi techniques)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic plans for complex organizations
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or climate tech forecasting methodologies
