- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technological, economic, and sociopolitical domains to identify disruptive forces
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market positioning
- Design scenario-planning models to assess risk/opportunities in emerging ecosystems
- Present actionable insights to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Build and manage an innovation pipeline for 2026 product/service roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to translate future vision into technical development priorities
- Author thought leadership publications on long-term industry transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or societal evolution
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic positioning
