Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for enterprise adaptation to future market conditions
- Present futures intelligence to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narrative frameworks
- Coordinate cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-oriented solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging technology startups and research institutions
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing business models
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision-making aptitude
