Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 technology foresight framework for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging trends and disruptors to inform product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Manage innovation sprints with rapid prototyping cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial products
- Advanced degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or thought leadership in futurism
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
