Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ quantum/AI projects
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Proven track record of commercializing theoretical innovations
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles and AI ethics
- Experience securing government grants and private venture capital
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., APF foresight program)
