Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions for our flagship 2026 product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and senior engineers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and highly efficient code using modern frameworks.
- Participate in rigorous code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- Present a final capstone project to executive leadership at the end of the program.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date of Spring/Fall 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js) or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
