- Manage $50M+ innovation budgets across 3 international R&D centers
- Present breakthrough concepts to Fortune 500 boards and venture capital consortiums
- Mentor a global team of 25+ PhD researchers and industry specialists
- File 15+ patents annually in emerging technology domains
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies with 10+ years of experience
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $100M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, Science, or MIT Technology Review)
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D operations with 200+ personnel
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Go) required
- Portfolio of 3+ commercially deployed breakthrough innovations since 2020
