- Scan horizon for emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR) and map their 2026+ impact
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present disruption scenarios and strategic recommendations to C-suite
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive organizational culture of anticipatory innovation and future readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2018-2023)
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling skills
- Experience advising C-suite on tech disruption and future-proofing
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership on 2020s tech evolution
