Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation consulting, R&D leadership, or tech strategy roles
- Proven track record of translating futurist insights into commercial applications
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, blockchain, neurotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities

- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
