Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and large language model (LLM) architectures tailored for 2026-era deployment.
- Lead the architectural strategy for our autonomous agent framework, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and low-latency inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to drive innovation from concept to deployment.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model monitoring, and ethical AI governance within the organization.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies to keep the 2026 roadmap ahead of industry standards.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with a proven track record of deploying production-grade models.
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Reinforcement Learning, or Computer Vision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
