Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Innovation Horizon Roadmap using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Conduct deep-dive research on disruptive technologies (quantum, bio-AI, neural interfaces)
- Partner with product teams to integrate 2026-vision features into development pipelines
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build and manage an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers

Qualifications
