Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotechnology, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build an innovation ecosystem through cross-industry partnerships
- Author thought leadership on emerging paradigms
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary foresight methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, tech forecasting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market opportunities
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Published work on emerging technologies or societal trends
- Experience with Delphi method, SWOT analysis, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical audiences
