Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop future-proof innovation roadmaps and strategic frameworks for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create disruptive business models and solutions
- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario planning documents
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Represent the company at global futurism and innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
