Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate design thinking workshops for C-level executives on future-proofing organizations
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future concepts into compelling stakeholder narratives
- Drive pilot projects for emerging tech adoption (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, etc.)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at tech-forward firms
- Proven track record of developing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in AI ethics, sustainable tech, and biotech convergence trends
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation initiatives implemented through 2025
