- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing matrix team of engineers, product managers, and designers.
- Drive cross-functional execution to ensure timely delivery of strategic milestones and high-impact feature releases.
- Develop comprehensive financial models and ROI analyses to support strategic investments in 2026 technologies.
- Act as the primary evangelist for the 2026 vision, presenting updates and strategies to stakeholders, investors, and board members.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully launching large-scale, future-facing technology initiatives from concept to market.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) and their potential business applications.
- Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi-million dollar P&Ls.
