Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AI architectures focusing on Generative AI and Agentic workflows.
- Optimize pre-trained large language models (LLMs) for specific enterprise use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products.
- Implement rigorous testing and validation pipelines for model reliability.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the long-term technical vision.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Strong understanding of MLOps and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP).
- Expertise in prompt engineering and fine-tuning methodologies.
