Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and organizational goals
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for competitive advantage and scalability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technological ROI and innovation impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board and stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with a tech focus
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
