Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends for 2026+ timeframe
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients adopting AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce evolution
- Author predictive whitepapers and scenario-planning frameworks for industry transformation
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept validation to implementation partnerships
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on next-generation research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into executive insights
