Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring strict alignment with business goals and deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress rigorously to ensure adherence.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively, resolving blockers swiftly to maintain project momentum.
- Communicate project status, risks, and achievements to stakeholders and executive leadership effectively.
- Implement Agile and Waterfall methodologies to optimize workflow and operational efficiency.
- Drive process improvements and standardize project management practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in a corporate environment (5+ years required).
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing remote and on-site teams effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
