Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for 3-5 concurrent startup accelerator programs
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) and maintain Jira/Asana workflows
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (tech, design, business development) to meet milestones
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and maintain real-time progress dashboards
- Manage stakeholder communications through weekly executive summaries
- Optimize resource allocation across portfolio companies using capacity planning
- Implement continuous improvement processes for program delivery
Qualifications
- 5+ years project management experience with SaaS or startup portfolios
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven success in cross-functional leadership with remote teams
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Demonstrated experience with budget management (>$500K projects)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio showing 3+ successful product launches
