Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate programs, from conceptualization and planning to execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and external partners to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Operational Excellence: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement scalable solutions to optimize organizational processes and resource allocation.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data analytics to track program progress, report on performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a diverse team of project managers and analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and business stability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in corporate program management, project management, or operations leadership within the technology or corporate sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) and data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Location: Must be willing to work in our San Jose, CA office (Hybrid model available).
