Responsibilities
- Lead weekend operations team of 8-12 professionals across corporate departments
- Execute strategic business continuity protocols for high-priority client accounts
- Coordinate cross-functional projects including weekend system upgrades
- Conduct performance evaluations and mentor weekend staff
- Implement process improvements for weekend workflow efficiency
- Serve as primary liaison between weekend shifts and executive leadership
- Ensure full compliance with corporate security and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required
- 5+ years corporate management experience with weekend shift leadership
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and corporate CRM systems
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations with executive composure
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Advanced certification in Project Management (PMP) preferred
- Experience in financial services or corporate finance environment
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
