Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation strategy by identifying disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating breakthrough solutions for future market demands
- Analyze global macroeconomic trends, regulatory landscapes, and socio-cultural shifts to inform product roadmaps
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Present strategic foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record in identifying and commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive boards and investor groups
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry disruption (e.g., Harvard Business Review)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) or similar credential
