Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026+ technological and societal inflection points
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping quantum computing, neurotech, and climate resilience solutions
- Develop exponential growth models for emerging markets with $10B+ potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with DARPA, NASA, and global innovation accelerators
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Curate proprietary foresight datasets using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Mentor a team of futurists, engineers, and behavioral economists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Deep expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and megatrend analysis
- Published thought leadership in Nature Futures or MIT Technology Review
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent demonstrable expertise

- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
