Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology roles
- Proven expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, or climate tech domains
- Strong background in scenario planning and systemic thinking methodologies
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience scaling innovation labs or corporate venture units
