- Analyze geopolitical and technological megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with venture-scale potential
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation impact on business and society
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Monitor patent landscapes and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Experience leading high-impact cross-functional teams
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in innovation management or foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy
