- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market dominance
- Develop and implement future-ready innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' teams to evaluate emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Create scenario-planning models to anticipate and prepare for potential futures
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough innovations with 5-7 year market impact
- Present compelling future narratives to investors, partners, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 10+ years experience in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
