Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead strategic initiatives for quantum-AI convergence and climate-positive tech adoption
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-proofing into product roadmaps and business models
- Chair the Global 2026 Innovation Council with representatives from MIT, Stanford, and UN Technology Division
- Drive R&D investments in metamaterials, neurotech interfaces, and autonomous systems governance
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for Fortune 500 clients and government agencies
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, bioengineering, or climate tech
- Published author or thought leader in future studies with industry recognition
- Experience with policy frameworks for emerging technologies (e.g., AI governance, ethical AI)
- Executive presence with ability to influence Fortune 500 leadership and government bodies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Portfolio of implemented strategic initiatives with measurable impact (>$100M revenue impact)
