- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future technology solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor competitive landscape and disruptor technologies to identify opportunities
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Define KPIs to measure the impact of future technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and developing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and risk assessment methodologies
- Strong data analysis skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to influence senior leadership
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field preferred
