- Represent the company at Davos, SXSW, and futurist thought-leader forums
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodology and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or Technology Forecasting
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics, climate tech, or digital sovereignty
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis frameworks
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on 5-10 year strategic pivots
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-proofing initiatives in tech or finance
