- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future opportunities and threats
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Champion foresight methodologies across the organization
- Present findings to investors and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, trend analysis, or corporate foresight
- Proven track record of predicting and documenting market shifts
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategy publications
