Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with corporate vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across business units
- Mentor junior strategists and foster an innovation-first culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or technology consulting
- Proven track record launching future-focused initiatives (post-2025 roadmap experience preferred)
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology (MBA/MSc required)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- PMP or similar innovation certification
- Portfolio of past innovation projects with measurable impact
