Responsibilities

- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and sociocultural impacts on future business models
- Develop 'future-proof' innovation frameworks for C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into commercializable product roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Present future scenarios through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field preferred
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy required
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent preferred
