Responsibilities
- Design and implement technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Collaborate with C-suite on strategic tech investments and R&D priorities
- Lead competitive analysis and market positioning for futuristic technologies
- Develop governance frameworks for ethical tech adoption and risk mitigation
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-tech integration methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in future-tech domains
- Proven track record in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech integration
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certified Strategic Professional (CSP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience with patent analysis and IP strategy development
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
