Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, space, climate) to map 2026-2030 innovation landscapes
- Develop future-proof roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' workshops with C-suite executives and research institutions
- Author whitepapers and TED-style talks on existential risks and opportunities of 2026
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and nurture emerging exponential technologies
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Represent Horizon Labs at Davos, SXSW, and global futurist summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Published thought leadership in futures studies (e.g., Foresight Institute, WFS)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance
- Proven track record of influencing enterprise-level transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Portfolio of future-casting projects with measurable impact
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
