- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation consultants
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technological or societal shifts
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategy
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with AI-powered trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Palantir)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ large-scale future-vision projects
