Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead strategic innovation initiatives across quantum, biotech, and sustainability domains
- Partner with C-suite to translate future trends into actionable business strategies
- Design and execute horizon-scanning methodologies for emerging technologies
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align teams on long-term vision
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports with data-driven scenario planning
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-10 year strategic plans
- Exceptional analytical skills with scenario modeling and trend analysis
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
