Responsibilities

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Design and monitor KPIs for future-readiness across organizational functions
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology integration
- Represent company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic innovation or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, climate tech)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
