Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies to identify strategic opportunities for 2026+ market leadership
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term organizational resilience and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic priorities
- Produce high-impact futurist reports and visualizations for executive decision-making bodies
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, conference keynotes, and industry publications
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions aligned with projected market evolution
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting 2026 strategic horizons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech convergence
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills translating complex concepts
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic transformation initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SCF) or equivalent professional designation
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or strategic frameworks implemented
