Responsibilities
- Forecast and map technology/socioeconomic trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients adopting AI, quantum computing, and bio-integration
- Lead cross-functional teams executing future-state pilots in virtual/augmented realities
- Develop proprietary foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Author thought leadership on 2026 workforce transformation and ethical AI governance
- Manage innovation sprints for emerging tech commercialization (Web4, neuro-interfaces)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with future-tech focus
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record delivering 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Advanced certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Experience with foresight tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi methods, causal layered analysis)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Innovation Management required
