Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 strategic foresight framework using predictive modeling and scenario planning

- Analyze quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AI ethics convergence points to identify first-mover advantages
- Present quarterly strategic briefings to the board with data-backed future-state projections
- Author Horizon's annual '2026 Horizon Report' distributed to Fortune 500 C-suite executives
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for experimental ventures in space logistics and decentralized governance
- Mentor junior futurists through our Quantum Leap leadership development program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals or leading industry whitepapers
- Expertise in trend forecasting methodologies including Delphi analysis and horizon scanning
- Proven track record of implementing future-strategies with measurable ROI
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI) and their societal impacts
- Experience advising C-suite executives in Fortune 100 companies on long-term transformation
- Proficiency in foresight platforms like Gartner Foresight or proprietary AI trend analysis tools
