Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Produce actionable trend reports and innovation roadmaps for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D to align future-proof initiatives with business objectives
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in next-generation analytical tools and methodologies
- Quantify future opportunities through data-driven market modeling and risk assessment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven experience with horizon scanning tools and scenario planning methodologies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology trend analysis
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or similar professional designation
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
