Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to identify opportunities for 2026 market disruption
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across 5 key industries
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with predictive models and strategic recommendations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-ready business models
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner)
