Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning models for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align R&D priorities with emerging market demands
- Produce quarterly foresight reports for executive stakeholders and investors
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof technologies into roadmaps
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or emerging technology analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, biotech convergence, or AI governance
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Certification in Horizon Scanning or Scenario Planning methodologies
- Prior experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology adaptation strategies
