Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global megatrends (2026-2030) across technology, society, and economics
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive future states
- Produce trend reports and white papers influencing executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing actionable future-strategy roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Exceptional data synthesis and narrative communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience with AI/ML tools for predictive modeling preferred
