Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year strategic foresight initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and societal paradigms impacting 2026-2030

- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, climate tech, and emerging digital ecosystems
- Chair cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and commercial teams
- Present future-state narratives and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future opportunity costs and ROI for long-term strategic bets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Future Studies, Technology Innovation, or MBA with specialization (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with advanced visualization capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks and quantitative forecasting models
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-proofing initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
