As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to anticipate disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal transformations by 2026. You'll lead scenario planning initiatives, conduct horizon-scanning research, and deliver actionable insights that drive our R&D priorities and investment decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market trends impacting 2026+
- Develop comprehensive future scenario frameworks and strategic roadmaps for executive leadership
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative analysis of disruption vectors across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with 15+ stakeholders to align on future innovation priorities
- Deliver quarterly strategic foresight reports with data-backed recommendations
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to prototype future-capturing solutions
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in trend visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication abilities to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, quantum computing)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
