Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic indicators to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop and implement strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, bio-integration)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype 2026 product/service ecosystems
- Produce comprehensive scenario-planning documents for high-impact uncertainty domains
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for 2026 strategic initiatives
- Represent company at futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced trend synthesis and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology roadmapping
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences and external stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year strategic foresight projects
