Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational resilience and competitive advantage
- Design and execute innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing developments
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Establish foresight methodologies and cultivate a culture of anticipatory thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Mastery of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight frameworks (Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AGI, neurotech, climate adaptation, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex insights into executable strategies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent professional credential
