- Lead comprehensive horizon-scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and market paradigms through 2026
- Develop data-driven scenario models forecasting socioeconomic, technological, and environmental impacts on global industries
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology breakthroughs into corporate planning
- Present compelling future-state narratives to executive leadership and investment committees
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Publish thought leadership positioning Horizon Dynamics as the future industry authority
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related quantitative field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or technology consulting
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE, scenario planning)
- Proven track record translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS) or equivalent
